National Junior Faculty (NJF) invites you for a lunch seminar to provide you with tips and advice how to improve your daily work routines and stay physically and mentally healthy.

Bring your lunch and join us for a Zoom seminar on Wednesday May 6 (Part 1) and May 20 (Part 2) from 12.00 – 13.00.

Part 1, Physical & mental health:

Our speakers are Anna Henschel, social neuroscientist at University of Glasgow, and Rodrigo Fernandez-Gonzalo, researcher in exercise physiology at Karolinska Institute. They will tell about their research and will give some advice and tips on mental health and how to stay physically active when working from home.
 

Part 2, Productive work & virtual meetings:

Lotta Strand, co-founder of Idea Hunt (Malmö) and expert in digital meetings, and Daniel Quintana, researcher in biological psychiatry at University at Oslo, will share tips and tricks how to hold successful online meetings and engage people when meeting virtually. Furthermore, we will learn about techniques and strategies to have productive work days when your office is part of your living room.
