Three new researchers at the University have been elected members of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences (RSAS). At the general meeting on 12 December, Martin Jakobsson and Barbara Wohlfarth, both from the Department of Geological Sciences, were elected to the Academy’s Class for geosciences. At the general meeting on 16 January, Johan Rockström from the Stockholm Resilience Centre was elected to the Class for humanities and for outstanding services to science.
