The task of the external experts is to review and assess the applicants prior to appointment or promotion. Each of the appointed experts should submit a written report according to the instructions found below, assessment criteria and the timetable agreed upon.

Appointment matters (recruitments) are prepared by an academic appointment committee and the experts are usually asked to participate in these preparations, including shortlisting, trial lectures and interviews.

All appointment decisions are made in accordance with the decision-making and delegation policy of the University and the Faculty.
