This a chance for students to have a short introduction to National Geographic and its role in supporting exploration, research, and conservation and the importance of storytelling. An outstanding Young Explorer will present her project and her future plans in the field. During the video chat, we will offer advice on the elements of a good grant application and why many applications miss the mark and students can ask questions and test their ideas.

•   National Geographic Grant Program Officer, Camilla Hansen and Communications Director, Merci Olsson.
