The Faculty of Science at Stockholm University is the largest science faculty in Sweden and is among the top hundred science faculties in the world on the Shanghai ranking. The Faculty offers top-class education in a number of programmes and courses. At Master´s level more than 30 study programmes are given in English. 

International oppportunities for science students

From January 15-February 15, 2024, you can apply to study abroad in the fall of 2024 or the academic year 2024/2025 at one of the universities that the Faculty of Science collaborates with. 

SEK 136 millions granted to materials research at Stockholm University

The Wallenberg Initiative Materials Science for Sustainability (WISE) is investing a total of SEK 500 million in equipment and infrastructure at seven universities in Sweden. Stockholm University will receive SEK 136 million for four research platforms.
